Subscription and Payments Monthly and Annual plans are available as per your selected service. Payments are billed upfront and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Subscription continues until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service access. Results and Performance While we provide proven funnels and automation tools, results vary depending on your industry, niche, product, focus, ad budget, and sales performance. We do not guarantee a specific ROI, although our frameworks have consistently helped clients increase leads and appointments. 6. Use of Software and Platforms You agree not to misuse the CRM, WhatsApp API, SMS platform, email services, or funnel builder we provide. Any illegal, spammy, or abusive activities will result in immediate termination of your access. 7. Confidentiality Any materials, strategies, blueprints, and tools shared with you during our service delivery must not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written consent. We maintain full ownership of all proprietary systems unless specified under a white-label agreement. 8. Intellectual Property All intellectual property, including but not limited to funnel templates, ad creatives, sales frameworks (e.g., NAVIGATE Framework), and automation workflows, are owned by Profit Soul unless otherwise licensed under a white-label agreement. 9. Limitation of Liability Profit Soul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services or software.
